About Nila
Nila Swayze was owner and operator of Somewhere In Time Gift Gallery. She supported many individuals, in school and education, in youth programs and other programs such as 4-H, and helped many youth in the northern Barber County area.
Scholarship Requirements:
- Must be a high school senior or college student under age 21 who is a graduate of USD #254 Medicine Lodge High School or a home school senior under age 21, living in the USD #254 school district.
- Must have at least a 3.0 Grade Point Average or SAT/ACT score of at least 20.
- Must show financial need. (Submit parent’s most recent tax return).
- Must provide two character references (letters of recommendation.)
South Central Community Foundation Requirements:
1. Must upload two letters of recommendation.
A. School teacher (any subject)
B. Community member (someone who knows you outside of school)
2. Must upload ACT/SAT scores.
3. Must upload high school transcript or if a current college student must upload college transcript.
Failure to complete any of these requirements will disqualify your application from consideration.
