What is a Legacy Society?

A Legacy Society is a program established by a nonprofit organization that recognizes donors who leave future gifts (planned gifts such as a will, a life insurance policy, a gift annuity, or a trust) to the organization; no minimum gift amount is required to join.

SCCF is establishing this Society to bring together the incredible supporters of our Foundation. The first event, planned for April 21st, will be a celebratory evening, highlighting the many different impacts SCCF has made due to the current and future donors of our Foundation.

Why this is important?

Our Foundation runs solely on the support of our communities. Utilizing our Foundation to gift to your community not only helps the nonprofits you award but with our small fund fee, you help us run our 5 grant programs, over 40 scholarship opportunities, and a youth philanthropy program called Youth Making a Difference. Due to the generosity of others, SCCF is celebrating 28 years this fall.
