26 on the 26th: Supporting Local Impact Through SCCF Grants

As part of its monthly 26 on the 26th series, the South Central Community Foundation (SCCF) is highlighting the foundation’s grant opportunities, which help strengthen nonprofits, schools, and community projects across south-central Kansas.

SCCF manages eight distinct grant programs, each designed to address local needs in areas such as education, health, arts, and civic engagement. These grants exist because of donors who care about making a meaningful difference in their communities.

Community members can support these grants anytime, with gifts of any size, helping turn generosity into action for projects that directly benefit our counties. “Even a small donation can help bring an important project to life,” said Hannah Brummer, Program Director at SCCF. “Our grants are a way for donors to see their generosity make a real difference right here at home.”

Each month, 26 on the 26th highlights a different way SCCF connects donors and volunteers to local impact.

This is SCCF—connecting generosity with action.
