Jason Befort Memorial Scholarship
Jason Befort grew up in Pratt, Kansas and graduated from Pratt High School in 1993. Upon graduation from Kansas State University, he taught and coached in Augusta, Kansas. Jason believed anything could be done with enough dedication and determination. He also valued education and was pursuing a Master’s degree in sports administration at the time of his tragic death. He had a heart for people, a vision for the future, and committment to his goals.
