Holly (Rooks) Launchbaugh is the current Executive Director for South Central Community Foundation (SCCF). Prior to her job as Executive Director, Holly served the Foundation in many capacities since 2013. She managed the SCCF’s Youth Making a Difference Program, Grant and Scholarship Programs, and was an integral part of the re-accreditation process in both 2015, 2020, and 2023.

During her time as Program Director, Holly was selected as the 2018 Emerging Leader in Philanthropy by Kittleman and Associates and more recently the 2020 Pratt Young Professional of the Year. She is also a proud graduate of Emporia State University, earning a BS in Business with an emphasis in Marketing.

Holly stays active in her community serving as a member of the Pratt Rotary Club, Big View Committee for the Circles out of Poverty Program, and the Pratt Dog Park Committee. She is also a current board member for the Kansas Association of Community Foundations, Pratt Area Chamber of Commerce, and Kansas Nonprofit Association.

Originally from Kiowa, Kansas, Holly enjoys many aspects of the Foundation but at the top of her list is SCCF's regional impact. She is always excited to help where she can and would love to answer any questions you may have about SCCF or the Foundation’s Programs.
